Challenge

With the continuous growth of their influencer strategy, ESN faced the challenge of efficiently managing the increasing number of creators. The manual maintenance of partner data, commission billing, and statistical evaluation were increasingly time-consuming, prone to error, and not scalable. There was a lack of a central solution to automate internal processes and integrate influencers in a data-driven and transparent manner.

Implementation

Datora developed a Shopify app individually tailored to ESN that completely digitalizes influencer management. Influencers can be assigned to specific tiers, commissions can be flexibly defined—for example, revenue- or product-related—and all key figures are evaluated centrally. Daily statistics, monthly overviews, and export functions facilitate internal accounting. Through a personal landing page, influencers gain access to their data and can conveniently download their automatically generated commission invoices as PDFs. The app is seamlessly integrated into the Shopify system and was matched exactly to the internal processes and requirements of ESN.

Result

With the new influencer app, ESN has created a scalable and highly efficient process for managing its partners. Manual error sources were reduced, processing was standardized, and flexibility was simultaneously increased to accommodate individual cooperation models. Influencers gain insight into their current performance data at any time via their own landing page, strengthening trust and professionalism. The combination of automation, transparency, and integration capability into the existing Shopify setup makes the solution a central building block in ESN's digital infrastructure.
