Challenge

With the continuous growth of its influencer strategy, ESN faced the challenge of efficiently managing the growing number of creators. Manually maintaining partner data, commission settlement, and statistical analysis were becoming increasingly time-consuming, error-prone, and non-scalable. A central solution to automate internal processes and integrate influencers in a data-driven and transparent manner was lacking.

Implementation

Datora developed a Shopify app tailored specifically to ESN that fully digitizes influencer management. Influencers can be assigned to specific levels, commissions can be flexibly defined – for example, based on sales or products – and all key metrics can be centrally evaluated. Daily statistics, monthly overviews, and export functions simplify internal accounting. Influencers access their data via a personal landing page and can conveniently download their automatically generated commission invoices as PDFs. The app is seamlessly integrated into the Shopify system and has been precisely tailored to ESN's internal processes and requirements.

With the new influencer app, ESN has created a scalable and highly efficient process for managing its partners. Manual error sources have been reduced, processing has been standardized, and flexibility has been increased to accommodate individual collaboration models. Influencers receive insight into their current performance data at any time via their own landing page, thereby strengthening trust and professionalism. The combination of automation, transparency, and the ability to integrate into the existing Shopify setup makes the solution a central component of ESN's digital infrastructure.
