Challenge
With the relaunch of the swing2sleep online shop, it quickly became clear: The existing platform had to be prepared both technically and structurally for further growth. As an established E-Commerce brand with products that require explanation, the task was to present complex content in an understandable way without overloading the user guidance. At the same time, the shop had to meet high demands for trust, security, and performance – especially for a sensitive target group such as expectant and young parents.
In addition to a clear, CI-compliant design, the challenge was to logically map product variants, sets, and additional options, minimize conversion hurdles, and create a scalable basis for future campaigns and product range expansions.

Implementation
Together with the swing2sleep team, we rebuilt the online shop technically and structurally and prepared it for further growth. The focus was on clear, calm user guidance that presents products requiring explanation in an understandable way while simultaneously conveying trust. Datora developed a CI-compliant shop design that conveys the brand emotionally and emphasizes the reliability of the product.
On a technical level, the product and set logic was individually extended to clearly map different variants, accessories, and complete solutions. In addition, conversion-relevant optimizations were implemented to guide users specifically through the purchasing process and reduce entry barriers. The scalable Shopify basis also creates the prerequisites for future campaigns, product range expansions, and further growth.
